Intended Use

About PRL
Prolactin (PRL) is a single-chain polypeptide composed of 199 amino acids, with a molecular weight of approximately 23,000 Daltons. It is produced by the anterior pituitary gland, and its secretion is regulated by inhibitory and releasing factors from the hypothalamus.
